OUR FOCUS

At our events we cooperate with local campaign groups, universities and citizens’ initiatives. We discuss global warming, nutrition solutions (e.g. reduction of CO2 emission) and mobility innovations. We screen the movie “Agrokalypse – The Day of the Genetically Modified Soy” .

We implement our concepts working closely together with the not-for-profit organisation Coreoperation (www.coreoperation.org) from Freiburg. Coreoperation supports the reforestation of the former forest in the state Mato Grosso do Sul (Brazil). Together with the indigenous people on site a project has been launched to re-introduce a positive outlook for those banished by the agribusiness. Until today more than 10.000 seedlings could be planted together with the Guarani-Kaiowa families on the formerly cleared forest lands.

Wir selbst arbeiten mit dem gemeinnützigen Verein Coreoperation (www.coreoperation.org) aus Freiburg zusammen. Dieser setzt sich seit vielen Jahren für die Wiederaufforstung gerodeter Flächen im Bundesstaat Mato Grosso do Sul (Brasilien) ein. Seite an Seite mit der indigenen Bevölkerung wurde vor Ort ein Projekt initialisiert, welches den von der Agrarindustrie vertriebenen Menschen wieder eine Perspektive aufzeigen möchte. Seitdem konnten bereits über zehntausend Baumsetzlinge mit den Familien der Guaraní-Kaiowá auf den abgerodeten Flächen gepflanzt werden.
